Job summary

Allworth Financial seeks a senior facilities and real estate leader to manage the nationwide office portfolio, leases, space planning, and relocations. You will drive strategy, budgeting, vendor relationships, and project execution across multiple locations with brand alignment and executive interaction.

Hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3–4 days per week; travel as needed. A strong background in corporate real estate, operations and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing corporate office operations including maintenance and vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities projects with attention to timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives, advisors, employees, landlords and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, financial stewardship for nationwide office portfolio.
• Lead corporate real estate strategy: market/site evaluation, lease renewals and site selection.
• Oversee facilities operations across office locations: maintenance, vendor management, space planning, moves.
• Ensure acquisitions and integrations align with brand standards and operations.
• Partner with leadership to align facilities decisions with firm goals.
• Lead office buildouts, renovations, relocations, consolidations and expansions.
• Manage relationships with agents, landlords, contractors, architects and vendors.
• Negotiate and manage facilities contracts; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Create facilities policies and documentation; supervise Facilities Coordinator.
