This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000-$205,000 annually and comprehensive benefits including medical and 401k match.

Key Functions in this role include:

• Develop the strategic plan for the R&D team.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in technology and channels
• Measure performance and productivity
• Provide technical direction and oversight.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Install processes around project acceptance.
• Data and Statistical Analysis of current products and formulas
• Provide team member support.
• Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Chemistry or related field

Hiring Salary Range: $190,000-$205,000 Annually
