Lead with vision, balance creativity with systems, and collaborate across the Leadership Team to deliver measurable results in a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years on an executive leadership team.
• Experience in CPG marketing and chemicals exposure.
• 10+ years leading a Marketing team.

• Strategic Leadership: Work as a member of the Leadership Team to help set the direction and goals for the company.
• Hold yourself and the leadership team to the highest standards for performance and culture.
• Identify new opportunities for growth.
• Team Management: Coach and Mentor the Marketing team to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Ensure that priorities are set, take time to explore the “new shiny thing” while still holding true to the strategic goals.
• Manage and improve the systems and processes in place to achieve growth goals and create a time/space for creative and innovative thought.
• Work in tandem with the members of the Marketing Team to set the strategic direction, goals, and metrics specific to Marketing.
