Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Quality Manager to own and advance the company’s quality program in Dayton, OH. You will ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001, collaborate with engineering, production, and customer-facing teams, and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

You will lead the quality team, manage audits, steward corrective actions, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within manufacturing.
Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Hands-on experience managing a certified quality system (AS9100/ISO 9001) is required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related discipline is a plus.
AS9100 or ISO internal auditor/lead auditor credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and advance the quality program, ensuring AS9100 and ISO 9001 registrations.
Plan and manage registrar activities, internal audits, and surveillance.
Maintain current procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for issues.
Lead cross-functional teams to improve product quality and processes.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the quality team; drive a quality-first culture.
Report quality results and improvements to leadership.
