Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a visionary Quality Engineering leader to define and deploy a comprehensive quality strategy across development and production. You will own the end-to-end quality lifecycle, establish the QMS, build and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and set standards that ensure our advanced hardware products meet the highest quality bar.

Qualifications

• Leads quality organization with strategic oversight.
• Requires experience building and deploying QMS across development to production.
• Demonstrated ability to improve quality metrics and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Quality Management System (QMS) for pilot to mass production.
• Define inspection standards, sampling plans, and IQC/inspection processes.
• Lead MRB, non-conforming materials, and CAPA processes with data-driven decisions.
• Own DFM/A readiness for NPIs and design-for-quality implementations.
• Oversee metrology labs, calibration, and measurement system validation.
• Drive RCA and preventive actions, and establish quality metrics across teams.
