The candidate will build infrastructure, define standards, and guide AI-assisted testing initiatives while balancing architecture decisions and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Proven impact delivering automated tests that gate releases.
• Experience across web, mobile and desktop testing architectures.
• Experience with Playwright, Appium, and mobile automation stacks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to define quality roadmaps and governance across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's test coverage trajectory and make it grow as a managed metric.
• Build the quality infrastructure and standards for automated testing across delivery.
• Turn tests into protective gates to prevent broken changes reaching users.
• Move releases from manual to automated verification with increasing cadence.
• Define AI-assisted verification standards for agent-driven development.
• Grow the QA discipline across teams and set shared tooling standards.
• Build and maintain the company-level quality roadmap with product leads.
