Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a hands-on Manager of Quality Engineering and Automation to lead the transformation of its QA organization into a modern Quality Engineering function. This role embeds quality across the SDLC, promotes automation-first testing, AI-assisted testing, and measurable standards to improve delivery speed, reliability, and guest experience.

You will manage quality engineers across agile teams, drive adoption of AI assistants and agentic testing, and ensure quality gates,

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in software quality, test automation, or quality engineering.
Experience leading or managing teams.
Hands-on with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
Experience with API testing, regression testing, performance testing.
Experience applying AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation to testing.
Strong knowledge of agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release management.
Ability to translate quality insights into business and release risk communications.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition from traditional QA to modern Quality Engineering with automation and continuous feedback.
Implement automation-first testing across smoke, functional, API, regression, UX, and performance testing.
Drive AI Quality Engineering assistants to accelerate test creation, execution, and reporting.
Establish standards and governance for AI-assisted test automation.
Champion shift-left quality and continuous testing across delivery teams.
Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
