Job summary

World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering & Test Automation Manager to lead a blended QA team and build an AI-enabled, automation-first quality capability for World Travel Holdings (WTH).

In this role, you will modernize testing tools and processes, design scalable automation and agentic quality workflows, mentor engineers across manual, exploratory, and automated testing disciplines, and partner closely with Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
7+ years in Quality Engineering or test automation, including 2+ years in leadership.
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling test automation frameworks with AI-enabled QA.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript and CI/CD integration.
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a blended Quality Engineering team across manual, automated, and AI-enabled testing.
Design and evolve a scalable automation framework for web, mobile, API, and performance testing.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, DevOps to improve requirements, release readiness, and quality governance.
Drive AI-enabled QA initiatives, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted test generation and reporting.
Advance shift-left quality practices and embed automated test execution and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
