Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in QA, risk, compliance, audit, trust & safety, or equivalent functions.
• Experience designing scalable assurance or quality programs across large, cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, control design, assurance practices, and risk management.
• Proven ability to support senior business owners with analysis, insights, and decision support.
• Strong ability to operate in environments with multiple owners and complex dependencies.
• Excellent ability to design metrics, interpret trends, and identify systemic risk.
• Experience defining success metrics and demonstrating impact with evidence.

Responsabilités

• Define pillar-wide QA strategy, frameworks, and operating model for SRCO.
• Partner with business owners to provide insights and decision-support.
• Set clear quality standards, criteria, and governance across policy, process, tooling, and execution.
• Develop coverage models to surface meaningful risks and performance signals for leaders.
• Map product, policy, legal, compliance, and engineering dependencies to reflect real operating conditions.
• Build a robust measurement system with KPIs, defects taxonomy, and trend analysis.
• Identify root causes and enable remediation actions by leadership.
• Lead and scale a high-performing QA organization with capable managers and ICs.
