Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Security, Compliance and Privacy Risk Management Lead to define governance and risk processes across the organization, guiding enterprise risk strategy and mentoring analysts.

You will lead a high-performing team, implement quantitative risk methodologies, and partner with Legal, Product, Security and IT to mature the company’s risk posture on a global stage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT, security, privacy or enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience building and leading risk programs from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk concepts and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mature enterprise cybersecurity, privacy risk programs.
• Design centralized risk processes for identification, mitigation and prevention.
• Oversee risk assessments, PIAs, control evaluations, and audits.
• Build dashboards and metrics for executives and the board.
