Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks an App Compliance Management Lead to own and run the JV App Compliance Management capability across four core processes: onboarding of products and features, incident support, and business inquiries. The role requires coordinating with product, Legal, PMO, and Security & Privacy teams to ensure timely, compliant launches in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, security/privacy risk, regulatory operations, or trust and safety operations.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical product and operational guidance.
• Experience scaling end-to-end intake and assessment processes (oncall, ticket review, launch readiness).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across four core processes: product onboarding, feature onboarding, compliance incidents, and business inquiries with SLAs.
• Streamline intake and routing for compliance requests, including on-call management and complex assessments.
• Lead onboarding and mitigations for products to align with governance requirements before launch.
• Provide direct compliance support for security and privacy incidents and remediation reviews.
• Coordinate with business, product, legal, and security teams to drive escalations without sacrificing compliance.
• Translate objectives into operating plans and monitor KPIs/KRIs and SLAs to remove bottlenecks.
• Develop repeatable SOPs and tooling to increase coverage and reduce cycle time.
• Partner with teams to embed compliance by design in product planning and reporting.
