Job summary

Kitsap Regional Library is seeking a Director of Public Services to lead the Public Services Division across multiple locations, including branch operations, Mobile Services, Patron Experience, and Community Engagement. The role reports to the Library Director and emphasizes innovative, data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• MLIS or related public administration master's degree or equivalent public-sector tenure.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible public library management experience, multi-site exposure.
• Experience managing budgets and complex personnel issues in a large library system.

• Oversee branch operations, Mobile Services, Patron Experience, and Community Engagement.
