We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Public Relations to join our global marketing team. Things You’ll Do
  • Strategic PR Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that aligns with Qualtrics’ overall business objectives and enhances brand visibility, reputation, and thought leadership.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively pitch stories, respond to inquiries, and secure media coverage that highlights Qualtrics’ innovations and achievements.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing PR team of professionals and oversee global agency partnership. Provide guidance, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members are achieving their objectives and growing in their roles.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and manage crisis communication plans, proactively addressing any potential issues that may impact Qualtrics’ reputation. Coordinate rapid response strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that effectively convey Qualtrics’ value proposition and key messages.
  • Events: Plan and execute media events to promote thought leadership and increase media exposure for Qualtrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse PR performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership on media coverage, sentiment, and impact on brand reputation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executives and internal teams, including product marketing, customer success, and corporate communications, to ensure alignment on messaging and branding initiatives.
