Nourish is building a metabolic health clinic powered by an AI-native platform, expanding from dietitians to include medical providers and therapists.

As Director of Provider Activation, you will own activation end-to-end, manage a growing team of Provider Onboarding Associates, and collaborate with Recruiting, Strategy, Credentialing, People, and Product to optimize onboarding and drive activation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own provider activation across every provider type; set org strategy/vision and lead the team to execute against it, diagnose where providers stall and build systems to improve metrics.
• Build and develop the onboarding team: hiring and ramping new associates, establishing performance expectations, coaching cadence, and accountability.
