Job summary

Property Pigeon Maintenance LLC is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Leader to oversee all property maintenance across our growing rental portfolio. You will manage the maintenance team, ensure units meet high living standards, and drive portfolio growth within established budgets.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with vendors, and lead preventive maintenance schedules while maintaining compliance with safety and housing codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years hands-on property maintenance in multi-family real estate.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience overseeing maintenance staff.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance operations across the rental portfolio within budgets and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians; develop team and workflow efficiency.
• Drive revenue and asset preservation through proactive maintenance and cost control.
• Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and large renovation projects.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and positive resident relations.
