Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior leader to drive property governance and site services for a hyperscale data center portfolio. This role coordinates land administration, zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance while leading teams in logistics, asset management, and building administration to support operational readiness and expansion.

The candidate will partner with municipalities, utilities, and landlords, delivering executive-level reporting and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in property management, real estate, land use, entitlements, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of leadership managing teams or programs.
• Strong background with large-scale industrial or data center property portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with zoning, permits, easements, leases and development agreements.
• Experience working with municipalities, utilities, landlords, inspectors and regulators.
• Experience leading logistics, administrative, asset, or site support teams.
• Experience managing environmental, safety, and site-compliance issues.
• Comfort operating across multiple jurisdictions with different timelines.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate complex issues into business recommendations.
• Experience building structure, reporting, and process discipline in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management, compliance, and site services across a hyperscale data center portfolio.
• Serve as Oracle’s primary contact for property governance with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Own land administration, leases, easements, and development obligations.
• Coordinate zoning, permitting, inspections, environmental commitments and access issues.
• Oversee site readiness and long-term operability through approvals and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, development agreements, and regulatory obligations.
• Identify and mitigate land-use, environmental, safety, and community risks.
• Lead the site services organization including logistics, audits, building admins, and asset managers.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on portfolio health, risks, and regulatory status.
• Lead asset governance and disposition coordination across property assets.
• Support expansion through amendments and updated land-use approvals.
