Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Compliance & Property Management to lead governance, land use, and regulatory compliance across a growing hyperscale data center portfolio. The role drives strategy, asset governance, and external stakeholder engagement to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

The position requires 7–10+ years in property management with 3–5+ years of leadership experience, and a strong background in zoning, leases, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in property management, real estate, land use, entitlements, or related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in high-growth or infrastructure settings.
• Strong background in large-scale industrial or data center property portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with zoning, permitting, leases, easements, and development agreements.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities, utilities, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management, compliance, and site services strategy across a hyperscale data center portfolio.
• Serve as Oracle’s primary contact for property governance with municipalities, utilities, and regulators.
• Own land administration activities including records, leases, and zoning constraints.
• Partner with local authorities on zoning, permitting, inspections, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate property-related approvals, renewals, amendments, and regulatory obligations across sites.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, covenants, and environmental commitments.
• Lead site services teams in logistics, asset management, and building administration.
