Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or compliance.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management and compliance strategy across data center sites.
• Serve as Oracle’s point of contact for property-related governance with stakeholders.
