Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks a Director of Project Controls to build and lead the Project Controls team within the EPC organization in Dallas. You will establish governance, standards, and systems for cost, schedule, contract, and document controls across a large-scale data-center power portfolio.

Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring staff, defining performance standards, maintaining Procore and Primavera P6 toolsets, and delivering executive reporting to lenders and investors while ensuring

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project controls across planning, scheduling, cost/contract, and document controls.
• Led a controls function for 5+ years on large-scale power or EPC projects.
• Experience with GW-scale or $1B+ projects through construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and manage the Project Controls team within the EPC organization.
• Establish corporate governance, standards, and systems for controls.
• Provide executive-level reporting on cost, schedule, and risk.
• Own portfolio-level controls including Primavera P6 and Procore.
