Job summary

X-Bow Launch Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of Programs and Engineering to guide the Defense Systems Sector.

You will bridge engineering excellence with program execution, overseeing rocket motor development, production, and cross-functional teams from customer engagement to delivery. Lead strategic direction, risk management, and quality assurance while advancing innovative propulsion solutions in a fast-paced, ITAR-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's strongly preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience managing aerospace/defense programs and engineering teams.
• Proven track record in multi-program leadership, status reporting, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for integrated program management and engineering operations across the Defense Systems Sector.
• Lead multiple rocket motor development and production programs from concept to delivery.
• Oversee engineering standards, processes, and compliance with regulations.
