Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing system-level architecture and performing system-level trade studies.
• Experience producing system engineering products: requirement specifications, interface definitions, verification plans and reports.
• Hands-on experience with hardware or hardware control systems, ideally chemical manufacturing hardware.
• Experience leading or supporting major program milestone reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Systems Engineering process and documentation for manufacturing systems and motors.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, software teams to resolve issues and capture improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute technical reviews (PDR, CDR) with defined entry/exit criteria.
• Provide guidance to engineering and program management leadership.
• Support risk management, configuration management, and data management activities.
