Job summary

Hawthorn River, a CSI company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead end-to-end delivery of loan origination software implementations for financial institutions. You will manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple cross-functional projects and interact with senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, familiarity with Agile, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% for this position.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through closure, managing timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive project initiation activities including handover from sponsors and kickoff meetings.
• Develop and refine project plans based on scope and impact; review milestones with customers.
• Establish and manage overall project setup; maintain regular communication with teams and customers.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; track progress against plan.
• Lead post-project reviews, capture lessons learned and measure customer satisfaction; mentor other PMs.
