Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Sr. Manager, Production Control to own production planning strategy across all Alo Yoga distribution centers. The role leads site-level Production Planning Managers, driving operational consistency, throughput optimization, and service level performance.

Ideal candidate brings expert knowledge in production planning, warehouse operations, demand forecasting, WMS systems, and supply chain analytics, with strong leadership and financial acumen to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in production planning, warehouse ops, or supply chain logistics; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record optimizing labor, throughput, and service levels in high-volume or multi-site warehouses.
• Expert knowledge of WMS wave management, order management systems, and labor planning workflows.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen, with ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network-wide production planning methodologies and standards.
• Drive wave planning protocols, order prioritization rules, and capacity thresholds across sites.
• Lead four site-level Production Planning Managers and support career development.
• Align planning with Operations, IE, Finance and other departments on capacity, budgets and SLAs.
• Maintain alignment between Production Planning and WMS, Capacity Planning, Labor Planning, and network Operations.
