Senior Production Control Leader, Network Planning

Zusammenfassung

ALO is seeking a Sr. Manager, Production Control to own production planning strategy and execution across all distribution centers in the Alo Yoga network.

You will lead site-level Production Planning Managers to drive consistency, throughput, and service level performance. This highly strategic and operational role requires expert knowledge of production planning, warehouse operations, demand forecasting, WMS systems, and supply chain analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in production planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of WMS wave management, order management systems, labor planning workflows, and production planning concepts.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen; ability to translate data into actionable plans and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach high-performing teams; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, BI/reporting tools, WMS reporting, and operational data analysis.
• Experience in DTC/e-commerce or apparel/footwear fulfillment operations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain network-wide production planning methodology, standards, and decision-making frameworks.
• Establish consistent wave planning protocols, order prioritization rules, capacity thresholds, and production-control metrics across all sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and methods; lead evaluation and implementation of planning software or system enhancements.
• Recruit, develop, and coach four site-level Production Planning Managers; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, and other departments on capacity roadmap, labor budgets, and strategic initiatives.
