Job summary

Alo Yoga seeks a Sr. Manager, Production Control to own and translate production planning strategy across its distribution network in the U.S. This role leads four site Production Planning Managers, drives consistency, and optimizes throughput, service levels, and planning effectiveness across centers.

The position requires expert WMS knowledge, strong financial fluency, and the ability to influence stakeholders across operations, engineering, and finance to meet growth and seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in production planning or warehousing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of improving labor, throughput and service levels.
• Expert in WMS wave management and order management systems.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop network-wide production planning standards and decision frameworks.
• Establish wave planning protocols and site-wide capacity thresholds.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of planning software improvements.
• Recruit, develop, and coach four site-level Production Planning Managers.
• Create career development plans and mentor talent.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption.
