• Expertise with real-world production processes & challenges
• Proven ability to positively work with project & studio leadership to meet scope, schedule, and product goals & commitments
• Proven ability to use diverse external processes & tools
• Demonstrated skills in positively identifying, assessing, and mitigating tech, schedule, and people risks
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience managing month-to-month and multi-year projects
• Experience managing platform certification approvals
• Demonstrated positive relationships with hardware platform owner team members
• Portfolio of shipped games for two or more hardware platforms & ecosystems
• Strong background in project management tools & processes
• Console production experience
• Equipment deployment
• Office management and IT coordination
• Coordination of internal and external events
• Experience with profile and capture tools a plus
