Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a remote, full-time Product Leader to drive new product development through market research, customer insight, and a clear roadmap aligned with business strategy for group and individual products.

You will partner with underwriting, sales, and marketing to position new offerings, lead the development process, and ensure compliance and measurable KPIs across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in industry with experience in product development and management.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy and tactics to propel business growth.
• Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach both leaders and employees.
• Experience working across the organization to build consensus and synergies.
• Must be innovative and creative in improving current processes.
• Integrity and strength of character.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy from concept to market with market and competitive analysis.
• Leads development of health product claims strategy and ongoing customer experience opportunities.
• Partners cross-functionally to align innovation with growth objectives.
• Leads budget planning and results measurement for products under development.
• Coaches team on product health and prioritization.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely actions for products.
