Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director of Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision to drive new product development through market research, customer insights, and data-driven vision. You will oversee a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy and partner cross-functionally to enable scalable innovation and a healthy product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years in product development/management/implementation.
• Experience developing/managing voluntary or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy to propel business growth.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coach leaders.
• Broker connections in voluntary benefits is a plus.
• Sales experience with client-facing roles is preferred.
• Expertise in leading research projects and synthesizing customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy from concept to market using data-driven insights.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across underwriting, sales and marketing.
• Develop and manage KPIs, budgets and roadmaps for product initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely action on changes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports.
• Collaborate with internal partners to achieve portfolio health and growth.
