Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. You will drive new product development via market research and customer insights, shaping a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.

You will partner across functions to ensure scalable, data-driven innovation and ongoing health of the product portfolio. You will lead development through governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in product development/management and implementation.
• Experience with voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy to propel growth.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and resolve issues.
• Ability to inspire and coach leaders and employees.
• Experience building consensus across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy from concept to market with data-driven insights.
• Lead end-to-end product development: research, design, pricing, market analysis, requirements, ROI.
