Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive product development strategy and enterprise integration across healthcare adjudication platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape capability roadmaps, and ensure compliant, scalable delivery aligned with business priorities.

The role requires strong communication, experience in large-scale implementations, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Lead product development strategies and enterprise integration programs.
• Define and manage capability roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery scorecards.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable, measurable delivery plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and client-facing groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for an integrated product development roadmap and cross-functional delivery plans.
• Oversee teams responsible for product development and integration of adjudication technology.
• Set priorities and operating rhythms for product ownership, planning, and readiness.
• Partner with senior leaders across business, operations, technology, compliance, and client teams.
