Job summary

WIN Reality seeks a VP of Product to own the vision and execution across major product surfaces, including Smart Parks, Blast Motion, TrainVR, and related apps. The role is a player-coach position, directly guiding three product managers while staying hands-on to shape the product and ecosystem.

You will spend significant time in the field with customers, coaches, players, and organizational buyers, turning insights into strategy and coordinated delivery with design and engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading product managers at high-growth brands.
• Experience building products for both B2B and direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Played baseball at a high level (collegiate or professional).
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Austin or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company vision into a clear product strategy and roadmap across every surface.
• Prioritize across B2B and direct-to-consumer, and across hardware and software.
• Act as hands-on product owner for multiple surfaces; write specs and unblock the team.
• Partner with Engineering and design leadership to deliver the roadmap on time and at quality.
• Define success metrics for every launch and hold the team accountable.
