Job summary

Tines Security Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Security to lead and scale our product security program in an AI-forward engineering environment.

Reporting to our Head of IT Operations & Information Security, you’ll define the product security strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with engineering and product leaders to ensure security keeps pace with AI-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application security, product security, or related security roles.
• 5+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into an executable security roadmap.
• Experience with security testing and vulnerability management practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product security strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Lead and mentor product security engineers, building a high-performing team.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to balance risk and velocity.
• Establish scalable security practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Use AI/automation to expand security coverage and reduce manual toil.
• Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation priorities.
