Finite State, a fast-growing remote-first company, is seeking a Staff Product Manager with deep domain knowledge in product security. You will own a product area end-to-end, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and guide engineering toward measurable outcomes.

You will automate with AI, develop compelling product messaging, and collaborate with services to deliver strong outcomes for customers while advancing the industry's first agentic product security assurance team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent areas where security/compliance/risk are core.
• Strong researcher with ability to synthesize diverse data into action.
• Experience using AI to automate product work and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, defining outcomes and metrics for product and customer success.
• Be the expert on your domain and understand the security assurance challenges customers face.
• Automate your job using AI to keep data driving product decisions up-to-date.
