Volley Automation in Denver is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own both product direction and delivery for automated parking robotics. You will turn market and operator insights into defined features, pricing, and go/no-go decisions, aligning engineering, operations, and finance to a fixed launch date.

This role requires 8+ years in product ownership and hands-on program execution within robotics or warehouse automation, with travel 25-35%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined in product ownership and program delivery.
• Experience with AGVs, AMRs, robotics, or warehouse automation.
• BS in engineering or equivalent hands-on background.
• Ability to read architecture and challenge technical estimates.
• Strong business cases with dollars, payback, and segment access.
• Travel 25-35% for installations.

Responsabilités

• Turn customer and market evidence into product decisions.
• Articulate a product vision and align the organization behind it.
• Experience with a product where buyers and users differ.
• Owns product direction and roadmap; justify what was cut or executed.
• Owns cross-functional roadmap across engineering, operations, commercial, and finance.
• Runs dependency mapping, critical path, and risk register with suppliers and long-lead components.
• Close the loop from Denver HQ to field deployments by turning feedback into backlog.
