Job summary

Recast in a fully remote setup is hiring a Head of Product to build the product function, own vision and strategy, and lead the team. You’ll report directly to the CEO and join the senior leadership team to guide product across app, API, and MCP surfaces.

You’ll work with research, engineering, and go-to-market to turn breakthroughs into usable products, emphasizing customer discovery, measurable outcomes, and an async-first culture.

Qualifications

• Built a product function from the ground up.
• Excellent discovery skills with technical, data-savvy users.
• Familiarity with API-first or AI-native products.
• Strategic, org-wide thinker joining the senior leadership team.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities for product narratives.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and strategy across app, API, and MCP surfaces.
• Build the product function with discovery-to-delivery loops and prioritization.
• Lead and shape the product team, roles, and ways of working as we grow.
• Spend real time with customers to develop evidence-based understanding.
• Define success metrics and feedback loops to measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and GTM to ensure launches have impact.
• Productize research breakthroughs into customer-ready products.
