Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a Product Manager to advance our cloud-native platform. You will gather user insights, shape roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver Kubernetes-powered products.

We are hiring for multiple areas including Storage Optimization, Reporting, OMNI, and Workload Autoscaler. You will work in a remote-first, global environment with a focus on enterprise customers across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning B2B software products in a cloud-native environment with strong Kubernetes domain knowledge.
• Kubernetes certification (CKA preferred) or plan to complete within 6 months.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product work, even if not shipping code.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS contexts.
• Direct enterprise customer experience, including discovery interviews and translating feedback into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end from discovery to delivery and adoption with enterprise customers and engineering teams.
• Drive customer and market discovery through direct user engagement and competitive analysis.
• Use AI tools and LLMs in daily workflow for discovery, drafting specs, and research.
• Define and track product metrics using data to inform prioritization and validate decisions.
• Write clear product narratives (PR/FAQs, briefs) to align cross-functional teams.
