Revive Media seeks a seasoned Head of Product to manage and grow the product organization, translating strategy into a sequenced roadmap and clear squad priorities. You will partner with lead product managers and executive leadership to define direction, translate it into team priorities, capacity decisions, and operating rhythms for your squads.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product management or product operations.
• Experience building or improving how a product organization plans, delivers, and tracks outcomes.
• Comfortable owning a support or escalation process alongside planning work; judged on issue handling.
• Track record hiring, coaching, and leveling product managers.
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable with data and dashboards.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; engage with engineering, GTM, and leadership.
• Experience in ad tech or complex B2B workflow products is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Hire, coach, and develop the product management team against a clear leveling framework.
• Partner with product leadership to translate priorities into team capacity and ownership.
• Build and run the planning and delivery cadence with reliable visibility into what's shipping.
• Establish standards for specs, QA, definition of done, releases, and outcome tracking.
• Define and maintain tracking of outcomes at team and feature levels and use insights to improve decisions.
• Lead how production issues, escalations, and urgent requests are routed across product and engineering.
• Continuously improve systems for planning, delivery, support, and communication; reduce friction as the org scales.
• Operate as a player‑coach, stepping in hands‑on when needed.
• Partner with lead PMs to represent product in company‑wide planning and communication.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, design, GTM, customer success, and leadership.
• Ensure the product org runs with clarity and predictability and scales efficiently.
