Revive Media Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Operations in Los Angeles for a remote‑first, full‑time role. You will lead the product management organization, translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap, and partner with executive leadership to set clear priorities for each squad.

You will shape capacity decisions, operating rhythms, and scalable processes across product, engineering, and GTM. The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and developing PMs, establishing standards, and driving

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product operations, including 4+ years directly leading a product management team.
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable working with data and dashboards.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; credible with engineering, GTM, and leadership.
• Experience in fast-growing environments and in scaling product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop the product management team against a leveling framework.
• Translate priorities into team capacity and ownership with product leadership.
• Build and run planning and delivery cadence aligned to company priorities.
• Establish standards for specs, QA, definition of done, releases, and outcome tracking.
• Define and maintain tracking of outcomes at team and feature level to inform decisions.
• Lead how production issues, escalations, and urgent requests are routed across teams.
• Improve processes, tooling, and automation to reduce friction as the org scales.
• Operate as a player‑coach, contributing hands-on when needed.
