Job summary

SciPlay is seeking a Monetization Manager to lead the development and optimization of pricing, in-game purchases, ads and subscriptions across mobile and web titles. You will partner with product, marketing and finance to define and test monetization strategies that drive engagement and revenue.

The role requires coordinating with analytics and development teams, evaluating pricing models, and guiding monetization initiatives from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and modification of monetization strategies for games, mobile applications and/or other electronic media including in-game micro transactions, subscription fees, advertisements and/or purchasable downloadable content.
• Oversees the work of monetization analysts and coordinates with other functions including sales, marketing, finance and product development to review and implement new monetization strategies and features.
• Coordinates with product development teams to provide direction and insight for the integration of monetization components into product design.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Incumbents whose primary duty is determining overall pricing models and/or strategies or implementing pricing proposals across the organization should be matched to Product Marketing - Pricing.
