Job summary

GotPhoto is seeking a Head of Product Marketing & Campaigns to drive product marketing maturity and GTM execution across US, DACH, and UK markets. You will own the campaign calendar, lead a four-person team including content, events, and community, and align product, sales, and support for successful launches.

You will manage external agencies, design scalable processes, and collaborate with the Marketing Director to connect product strategy with market execution in a fast-moving B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS Marketing: 7 to 10 years of experience, including product marketing and GTM launches.
• SMB Environments: Reach and convert small and mid-sized business customers.
• People Leadership: Led a marketing team and built workflows around it.

Responsibilities

• Product Marketing Leadership: define value props, go-to-market playbooks, and customer positioning.
• Go-To-Market Alignment: fix GTM gaps for reliable product launches with cross-team alignment.
• Own the Campaign Calendar for our markets: plan and run campaigns to hit MQL targets in US, DACH, and UK.
• Deliver Events That Work: run online events with strong attendance and high customer ratings; tie to calendar and growth targets.
• Build an Active Online & Offline Community: engage customers and advocates across digital and in-person touchpoints.
• Lead a Team of Four: manage product marketing, content, events, community and social media; set goals and workflows.
• Manage the agency delivering website/graphics from briefing to review.
