Job summary

Matilda Cloud is seeking a Director of Product Management in Richardson, TX. This role leads the PM function, shapes the product vision across the suite, and partners with the VP of Engineering and CEO to drive AI-driven transformation.

You will build the PM discipline from the ground up, guide customer-driven opportunities, and collaborate closely with engineering to align on execution in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing PMs.
• Experience building a PM practice from the ground up.
• Enterprise B2B software experience.
• Domain fluency in cloud, data center, or hybrid cloud.
• Strong command of product discovery.
• Meaningful PM-Engineering collaboration.
• Significant AI experience in enterprise context and in PM workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set long-range product vision across the suite and define roadmap.
• Lead a growing PM team and partner with Engineering and CEO.
• Translate customer problems into evidence-backed opportunities.
• Build AI-powered capabilities and establish scoping, validation, and go-to-market plans.
• Define governance, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advance culture of rigor, transparency, and ownership.
