Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a visionary Head of Product for Jira to lead the product organization responsible for Jira’s experience, AI, and customer adoption. You will drive the surfaces where humans and agents work together, including work items, boards, lists, backlogs, plans, and Teamwork Graph context that makes Jira agents powerful.

You’ll lead a global team across Australia, the United States, and India, reporting to Jira’s Head of Product, and you’ll collaborate with engineering and design

Qualifications

• Experience leading a world-class product organization.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences at scale.
• Experience partnering with design leadership to achieve great UX.
• Strong experience shipping AI-powered product experiences.
• Product-led growth fluency with adoption impact.
• Fluent in platform architecture, data systems, and AI.
• Executive-level cross-org influence.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy for Jira and AI-enabled experiences.
• Lead vision for work items, boards, lists, backlogs, plans, and mobile experiences.
• Define Jira agent context and Teamwork Graph integration.
• Drive agent adoption with in-product onboarding and automation.
• Build and scale a global product team across geographies.
• Set high quality standards and protect scope when needed.
• Partner with Atlassian leaders to align teams on outcomes.
• Represent the product voice with customers and market.
