• 8+ years leading product strategy or management within consumer technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, ticketing, or experiential businesses.
• Strong customer focus with ability to translate insights into products that drive engagement and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through product initiatives.
• Track record of successful product launches and business impact.
• Strategic thinker balancing long-term vision with execution and data-driven priotization.
• Cross-functional influence to align executives and teams around a shared vision.
• Technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering teams even without coding.
• Builder's mentality with enthusiasm for fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership to inspire and mentor teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap with emphasis on customer needs and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, BI, and executives to plan and deliver impactful products.
• Measure product performance via KPIs and analytics, driving continuous optimization.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Build scalable product management processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and champion emerging technologies (AI/automation) to improve experience and efficiency.
• Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
