Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technical writing, content strategy, or knowledge management in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and impact of the product documentation function.
• Lead and develop a team of four Documentation Specialists.
• Define standards, templates, and governance for content across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Services, and Marketing on roadmaps.
• Implement AI-assisted authoring with human oversight and quality controls.
• Govern AI-generated content with review and escalation processes.
• Govern Document360 usage and reporting across teams.
• Prioritize content for support deflection and root-cause issues.
• Escalate defects to Product/Engineering when needed.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
