Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with leadership experience.
• Strong craft and design judgment with measurable impact.
• Experience scaling a design system adopted by teams.
• Clear point of view on AI in product design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team as player/coach and maintain critique culture.
• Own principles, guardrails, and decision records for scale.
• Drive adoption of HSDS across Product and Engineering.
• Define how AI appears in the product and ensure trust.
• Shape operating model for design with AI-enabled delivery.
