Job summary

Givebutter is seeking a senior design leader to guide a growing product-design team across multiple product pods. You will partner with the VP of Design to shape strategy, scale the design organization, and elevate craft across the platform.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in product design with leadership experience, strong collaboration with Product and Engineering, and a proactive stance on AI-driven design and CX impact in a SaaS context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to grow and mentor designers across teams.
• Strong judgment on prioritization and roadmap influence.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product designers across multiple product pods, including hiring, performance, and career growth.
• Partner with the VP of Design on strategy, org design, and scaling the design function.
• Set craft standards across interaction patterns, visuals, and design systems.
