Job summary

FinQuery is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead our design team in shaping how users navigate and interact with our expanding B2B SaaS platform. You will drive AI-enabled experiences, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver trusted, high-impact solutions.

Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will set direction, coach the team, and personally design our most important experiences.

Qualifications

8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, including 2+ years managing designers.
Hands-on practitioner who tackles complex design problems while leading teams.
Experience designing AI-enabled or automated workflows with human review considerations.
Proven ability to conduct customer research and usability testing that informs product strategy.
Strong collaboration with engineering and product to evolve design systems and accessibility.

Responsibilities

Shape how customers navigate and complete work across the platform.
Design AI experiences that simplify workflows while ensuring visibility and trust.
Lead customer interviews and usability testing to inform decisions.
Evolve design system with Engineering for accessible components.
