Job summary

FloQast is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for major features on our AI-powered Accounting Transformation Platform. You will translate complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive experiences for accounting professionals, partnering with product, engineering, and design leadership.

You have 5+ years in designing and shipping sophisticated SaaS or enterprise products, with a portfolio showcasing data-heavy workflows and design systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience shipping SaaS or enterprise products.
• Experience leading end-to-end design for major features from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into intuitive UX.
• Expert with modern design tools and AI-accelerated workflows.
• Proven advocacy for users with qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major features and offerings.
• Define strategy and roadmap for feature areas within the FloQast platform.
• Design for AI with trustworthy, intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to align on strategy and feasibility.
• Lead and mentor junior designers to foster design excellence.
