Job summary

Novellia is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to own and scale the function, reporting to the CTO and joining the leadership team shaping strategy across healthcare and consumer surfaces. You will build the org, set direction, hire and develop PMs and designers, and ship high-impact outcomes while preserving tight collaboration between product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product roles at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Deep consumer product experience with strong user-centric focus.
• Proven ability to grow and lead a product organization.
• Experience owning both product management and product design.
• Track record hiring and developing strong PMs and designers in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, team, and end-to-end execution for the product function.
• Set direction, ship products, and build the org as the company scales.
• Represent product in leadership discussions, partnerships, and recruitment.
• Partner with engineering to ship reliably while maintaining speed.
