Job summary

NexHealth, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to craft world-class user experiences across our healthcare and broader product surfaces. You will own end-to-end design from research to final UI, influencing architecture and product strategy through design clarity.

You will partner with PMs and engineers as a co-equal product builder, shaping design systems and scalable UI standards while focusing on user clarity, accessibility, and simplicity across fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product design ownership across platforms.
• Experience with SaaS, platform, or API-driven products.
• Ability to use AI to build products and enhance UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design across NexHealth platform and product areas.
• Own research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI execution.
• Shape product scope and influence technical implementation through design-first thinking.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems and UI standards.
• Craft experiences that simplify user tasks and reduce friction.
• Champion user clarity and accessibility across surfaces.
